Two Divisions... Two Winners!

Monthly winners will be chosen throughout 2010 in two Divisions: a Jr. Division (Girl's Sizes 4-14) and Miss Division (Women's Sizes 0 and up). To determine what division you are in, please choose the division that meets your clothing size. Age does not determine your division. Photos are due the 25th of each month and winners are announced the 1st of the following month. All monthly winners will be entered in the Cover Model of the Year Competition with two girls being chosen as Cover Modelof the year (1 per division).

Photo Submission Guidelines

Photos may be snapshots or professional, but clear photos are highly recommended. We are looking for 3/4 length or full body, portfolio type shots. We are not looking for tightly cropped headshots - we want to see what you will look like in our print ads! We are looking for a fresh face, and overly retouched photos are not encouraged. Submissions may be in color or black and white and may be any size. Photos must be in digital format; no hard copies of photos will be accepted. The contest will run from Jan 10th, 2010 through December 25th 2010. Each Month we will select a winner from each division and they will be featured on our website for the entire year. Runner-ups will also be featured on the website and receive a half price entry for the following month's contest. Each monthly winner will then compete for the overall, "Cover Model of the Year" title. Those results will be announced January 2011, and the winner will appear in our 2011 advertising campaign.

The top five scoring contestants photos were made into a comp card to be judged by our celebrity panel of judges who are experts in their field. Legal Notes

Judges decisions are final. Photos will be judged on first impression as well as the individual's overall cover model appeal. We are looking for personality and style. By submitting photos, you give Pageants by Ashley and Ashley Rene's permission to use them for advertising and promotional purposes, including but not limited to usage on our websites, brochures, banners, and advertisements. This permission includes, but is not limited to, publication by Pageants by Ashley and Ashley Rene's in printed materials, television broadcasts, websites, or our intranet. You will not be compensated for such use. However, where reasonable, we will give you credit for the photos.

When submitting professional photos, it is your resonsibilty to ensure the photographer's release stipulations for your photos and that they are in compliance with our contest. Please note that the photo submitted will not be the photo used in our national PAGEANTRY Magazine ad campaign. The Cover Model of the Year winners will have their photos taken at a special photo shoot (details to be announced).
